For our debit cardholders’ protection, we’ve partnered with a trusted third party to support our fraud prevention efforts. If a suspicious online debit transaction has been detected on your account, you will receive a message via email or text to confirm your identity and provide a verification code. This is a valid message. Please follow the prompts to complete your transaction. For your safety, do not disclose the verification code for any reason. If you did not make the transaction, ignore the message or respond to it denying the transaction.
