Impact Report

A financial institution’s impact on the communities it serves can be measured in several ways. While the number of accounts opened, loans issued and people served is informative, it’s relatively meaningless without taking a deeper dive into how those efforts have influenced the lives of people and organizations that depend on financial services. This is especially true for communities of low wealth, which have historically been denied access to and/or lacked trust in mainstream finance.

Our impact report provides insight into the work that our Board, staff and partners do to help meet the financial and life needs of our membership. Collectively, we continue efforts to build the capacity and confidence of accountholders to manage their personal finances, as well as their ability to access services and loans that provide them the opportunity to build generational wealth.
