SAME STATEMENTS. NEW LOOK!
We’re pleased to announce an enhanced service experience with your St. Louis Community Credit Union member statements. Beginning at the end of November, both the SLCCU account and HELOC statements you receive from us will look different. Here’s what you can expect:
- Improved readability. The new design will offer a more spacious and modern display.
- Accessible information. The back of the new statements will highlight important information. If you receive E-Statements, you’ll also see this material within the platform’s portal, under the Disclosures section.
- Easier transaction viewing. All credits and debits will be listed and labeled for easy tracking.
- Added security. Only the last four (4) digits of your account number will be visible for security purposes. Masking account numbers is a way to hide sensitive information and help protect it from unauthorized parties.
- Enhanced account summaries. If you have more than one account, individual summaries for each can be seen.
What should you do?
Paper account statements will be mailed and received as normal. If you are currently enrolled in E-Statements, you are not required to re-enroll - we’ve got you covered. If you’re not currently receiving E-Statements, now is a good time to sign up!
Attention HELOC members (Beginning with statements ending Nov. 30, 2024):
- If you receive E-Statements: HELOC statements and notices that were previously mailed will now be delivered electronically via Online Banking, along with your regular SLCCU account statement.
- If you receive paper statements: HELOC statements and notices will be mailed to you, along with your account statement, in one (1) envelope.
